Three Cheese Pizza

Each pizza is hand stretched, approximately 10" x 7" and serves one.  

Ingredients: 

Naturally Leavened (sourdough) Dough: Flour, water, salt, avocado oil.

Sauce: Tomatoes, avocado oil, salt, sugar, garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano.

Cheese: Mozzarella (Pasteurized milk, vinegar, salt, enzymes.), Fontina, Parmesan.

STORAGE AND PREPARATION:

TO STORE:  Pizzas will arrive perfectly chilled. Prepare to eat or freeze immediately.

TO SERVE: Pre-Heat oven to 400 F. Remove pizza from all packaging and let pizza rest at room temperature for 15-20 min. Place pizza in the middle oven rack and bake for 10-13 minutes. Bake until cheese is melted or crust is golden brown. Drizzle with honey and red pepper flakes. Slice and enjoy!
